Principles of Exercising the Rights Concerning Personal Data

As a data subject, you can submit your requests concerning your rights under the Article 11 of the KVKK No. 6698 by filling an Application Form on the Protection of Personal Data available on our website at www.novotelistanbulbosphorus.com, or by filing an application by the following means fulfilling the minimum conditions set in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to Data Controllers. Your application shall be finalized as soon as possible and in any case no later than thirty days depending on the nature of your request.
